ScanPlanHVAC ("the App") is an HVAC load calculation, floor plan, and building analysis tool that uses your device's LiDAR sensor, mapping services, and external data sources. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App allows users to scan building interiors, generate floor plans, capture measurements, select project locations using mapping tools, and perform HVAC load calculations, energy modeling, and system projections.
The App may use external data sources such as weather data and map-based location services to support modeling and analysis features.
All measurements, calculations, projections, simulations, and reports generated by the App are approximate and provided for informational and planning purposes only.
The App may incorporate external data sources (such as weather data and location-based inputs), which may contain inaccuracies or assumptions.
You are solely responsible for verifying all data before using it for design, construction, engineering, permitting, or contractual decisions.
You agree not to:
All rights to the App, including its design, code, and content, remain with the developer.
All project data, scans, floor plans, and reports you create belong to you.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The developer does not guarantee accuracy of measurements, calculations, projections, or external data.
The App may experience interruptions, errors, or limitations in functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to:
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States.
